Environment Friendly Blasting Abrasive-PS Ball ( Precious Slag Ball ) is a product for alternative abrasive material which formulated by Korean under Atomizing Technology Development. Nevertheless, PS Ball Abrasive has been used years ago in Korea and supplied about 40,000metric tons to Korea National Oil Corporation ( KNOC ) and about 35,000 metric tons to Korea Gas Corporation ( KOGAS ) in year 2007 and 2008. One of our RZF Group Manufacturing Associate Partners is AJ-ECO Tech Sdn. Bhd, now mainly manufacturing this said product at Seberang Prai in Penang of Malaysia.

Blast Cleaning

PS Ball is a type of blasting abrasive which made in Prai, Pulau Pinang of Malaysia. PS Ball is purposely formulated for its hardness, durability and abrasive characteristics. PS Ball is free of any toxic components and meets all Local and International Authority department requirements such as Department Of Occupational, Safety and Health Under Ministry Of Human Resources Malaysia ( DOSH ) to RZF Sharpshoot Sdn Bhd with Ref. no: JKKP HIE 127/12/5-24/08. PS Ball provides a perfect atomizing of materials size, density, hardness and durability. This ensures abrasive efficiency which may lower blasting abrasive consumption and highest productivity ratio at safe environmental and health conditions. PS Ball is also cost impressively compare to garnet, silica sand, steel slag, steel shot and other mineral materials. Base on its low consumption(20 kg/m2 ) and high productivity ( 8 minutes/m2 ), PS Ball can be recycle 2-3 times or more which depending on its surface toughness requirement and low friability. Surface Preparation Application

PS Ball is formulated to suit all fields of the surface preparation industry. This said products achieved Dust Level – Low (Rating 1) certified under ISO 8502-3 and Chloride Content which < 10ppm which also awarded ISO 8502-10. PS Ball also qualified for blasting grade Sa 2.5 of surface Treatment. Surface preparation with or without subsequent coating, which related:-

• Health And Safety
PS Ball is non-toxic. There is no radioactive contaminants and approved by local authority department Jabatan Alam Sekitar for said disposal of blasting material with ref.no: 91/110/619/130. • Recycling
